Role Overview

A key position in our Refinery team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of complex equipment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols while coordinating the maintenance of a wide range of equipment.
  • Overseeing the coordination of shift and day maintenance personnel to minimize plant disruptions.
  • Scheduling maintenance work to minimize impact on production.

The role requires a strong mechanical engineering background, experience in a similar operation or industry, and excellent leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience in a maintenance role within a complex metallurgical plant environment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a supervisor or worker in a similar operation or industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear and supportive guidance to the team.
