Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and create successful menu items based on cost analysis and consultation with the kitchen staff.
  • Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Direct the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of food consumption, supplier orders, and employee performance.
  • Recruit and train junior staff to enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Solve customer complaints regarding food quality or service with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems to streamline operations.
  • A passion for food and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations effectively.
