IT Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an Asset Service Specialist to support the management of IT assets. This role will involve maintaining the lifecycle for all IT assets, including IMAC, RTS, lease and maintenance.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the refresh of IT Assets in our branches and admin sites, interacting with vendors and stakeholders to manage IT assets for site openings, relocations and closures across our properties, and conducting audits on usage for software and reclaiming unused software licences.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete requests for new devices, organise build and deployment of devices to staff
- Complete deployed asset management requests, maintaining details within the asset register to manage IT assets moves adds and changes
- Organising the build, shipment and installation of the new devices
- Decommissioning the existing devices and organising collections
- Management of software licencing and contracts
You will have a sound understanding of asset management principles and practices, demonstrated ability to use EUC Asset management, using the asset management module of ICD or similar tool, and sound understanding of Active Directory, including device OU's and Joining a Machine to the domain.
