At our organization, we strive to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a senior test analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

As a senior test analyst, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain comprehensive test plans in collaboration with test managers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project requirements and testing efforts.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing test cases that cover functional, API, and integration testing scenarios. This may include non-functional testing scenarios such as performance, accessibility/UX, and security. You will create positive, negative, and edge case scenarios to ensure complete test coverage, and document the results.

Additionally, you will create and maintain effective test data and scripts required for executing the test case scenarios. You will work closely with development, software engineering teams, test analysts, and business teams to optimize test coverage, improve testing processes, and drive early defect identification throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related Technology field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in quality engineering, with a strong focus on API and integration testing
  • Strong experience testing with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud, integration workflows, case management workflows & dashboarding
  • Exposure to Salesforce Lightening Web components
  • Expertise in using API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, ReadyAPI)
  • Hands-on experience in functional, regression, performance, and security testing for APIs and integrated systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Experience applying different test methodologies / frameworks such as TDD
