This role involves being the face of our establishment, providing assistance and support to guests at all times. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:
  • Crafting Memorable Moments: Deliver exceptional guest relations and customer service.
  • A Brand Ambassador: Represent the hotel in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining High Standards: Ensure that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy, and that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Safety and Security: Take responsibility for the safety and security of guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proven track record in a comparable position with flexible weekend and overnight availability.
  • Full Australian working rights (at least 6 months) and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area.
  • Confident and bubbly personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience.
  • Strong English writing, reading and speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual.
