About the Role:

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Kalgoorlie, WA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals return to work following an injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential barriers to return to work.
  • Develop and implement effective return to work plans in collaboration with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to injured employees to facilitate their successful return to work.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
