Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to join our publishing team. As a Data-Driven Publishing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Battlefield in one of the fastest-growing gaming regions worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience working with game publishing metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, ARPU, LTV, and churn.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of data-driven publishing strategies across Asian markets, building dashboards, reports, and presentations that help the publishing and marketing teams understand title performance, player engagement, and content trends.

In collaboration with the Asia commercial, marketing, and studio teams, you will inform campaign strategies and player lifecycle management decisions using data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role in gaming or digital media
  • Familiarity with game publishing measurements (DAU, MAU, retention, ARPU, LTV, and churn)
  • Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools
  • Ability to turn complex data into a clear narrative with relevant insights
  • Prior experience playing or following live service titles is beneficial
