**Job Title:** Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for capturing end-to-end analysis with regard to future demand and performance analytics on spare parts.

In this role, you will lead analysis for spares forecasting and data gathering to support recommendations for optimal requirements and needs of the client. You will also support the client with spares analysis and modelling, conduct investigations including cost/benefit analysis in collaboration with the client, working towards Lead Time Away's (LTA's). Additionally, you will work with sourcing specialists to capture future demand and suppliers in Oracle and bid-list.

You will perform analytics to capture Request For Quote (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO) placement efficiencies. To achieve success in this role, you must have excellent research skills, ability to reach back to other business units and clients to obtain rationale for procurement demand. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities.

You must also be able to prepare and present analysis/presentations to leadership and clients, rationalising direction of procurement demand. A National Police Check is required for this role, and applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian government security clearance.
