Technical Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Expert to design, architect, and deliver advanced cybersecurity solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Cloud, security architecture best practices, and solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions into client environments.
  • Architect, articulate, and drive the adoption of advanced MXDR cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new customers, understanding their business risks and providing tailored solutions.
  • Integration of updates and improvements released by Microsoft into the MXDR platform, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Engaging with customers to gather onboarding requirements, adapting reference architectures to align with their environment(s).
  • Providing innovative solutions to enable log collection from third-party sources into the MXDR platform.
  • Understanding customer requirements and scoping and defining an appropriate solution using our portfolio of technology and services.
  • Solving complex problems and maintaining a roadmap for clients to improve the quality of service they receive.
RequirementsEssential Skills
  • Solution architecture, design, and implementation for Azure Cloud.
  • Advanced capability with Azure Functions/Azure Logic Apps/Serverless technologies.
  • Advanced capability with security architecture best practices in Azure.
  • Capability to design and deploy advanced Azure AD features, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and Azure Lighthouse.
  • Ability to discuss M365 products with clients and integrate them into Log Analytics/Serverless Defender for Identity, Defender for Endpoint, and Defender for Office.
  • Experience working in or around Security Operation Centres and managing SIEM/EDR/SOAR platforms.
  • Proven success in supporting the sale of Managed Services.
  • Experience in Solutions Architecture or Solution Creation roles.
Beneficial Skills
  • Desirable experience with MS Sentinel.
  • Extensive knowledge of XDR technology, cybersecurity principles, and threat detection and response methodologies.
