Position Overview:
The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the medical facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Responsible for the thorough cleaning of consultation rooms, surgical areas, waiting areas, and administrative offices, including the management of blood and bodily fluid clean-up.
- Utilization of appropriate safety measures when handling cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Monitoring and documenting any issues related to cleaning services and safety protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work from 6am to 10am on Mondays and Fridays.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Current SA DHS Working With Children Check is required.
- National Police Check must be clear and issued within the last three months.
- Completion of a pre-employment medical examination, organized by ISS.
- Adherence to the South Australia Vaccination Policy, including full immunization for Hepatitis B, Varicella, Pertussis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and COVID-19. A Tuberculosis screening will also be necessary.
Important Note: All necessary checks and vaccinations must be completed prior to starting work with ISS at this location. This process may take several weeks.
