Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, conducting inspections, and managing quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and gauge calibrations to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage inspection records and lot traceability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Address non-conformances and drive corrective actions through effective communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Stop production when necessary to uphold quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in IPESA, Intelex, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Australian citizenship.
