Warehouse Stock Controller

- Develop and execute a daily stock management plan to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Requirements for Success

  • Proven experience in inventory control within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • A team player with strong relationship building skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement with a resolution mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stock counts of manual pickface within the DC.
  • Manage damages and aged stock.
  • Coordinate with co-manufacturing sites on stock receipt.
  • Investigate stock and pallet discrepancies and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Work with operational staff to improve inventory accuracy and workflow processes.
  • Manage disposal processing of inventory being removed from the facility.
  • Produce accurate and timely inventory reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and traceability of stock within SAP System.
  • Oversee regular cycle-counts and site-wide stocktakes.
