Support a Journey of Healing

Lives Lived Well is seeking a dedicated and culturally grounded Support Worker to join our residential service in Rockhampton. This role is central to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for residents on their journey of recovery from alcohol and other drug (AOD) dependence.

About the Service

Our residential program offers withdrawal and rehabilitation services. We also have a family recovery program where parents can come with their children to participate in the residential treatment program.

Treatment is delivered over a period of 6 to 12 weeks where our multidisciplinary team provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for recovery.
