Position Overview
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer, primarily supporting the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) and the General Manager of Treasury Business Solutions (TBS). Your contributions will also extend to assisting the Investor Relations team and providing ad hoc support for the Corporate Finance & Strategy Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the schedules of the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS, including the coordination and negotiation of meetings.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports for the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Organize complex travel arrangements for senior executives while complying with policy guidelines.
- Attend meetings, distribute agendas, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate all Investor Relations events, maintain an annual IR calendar, and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Process invoices, create purchase orders, and manage vendor additions in the relevant systems.
- Organize team events, town halls, offsites, and conferences, while managing team communications and onboarding processes.
- Assist with planning cycles, coordinate ad hoc meetings, maintain policy libraries, and provide general administrative support for the CF&S Leadership Team.
