Job Title: Senior Project Lead

As a senior project lead, you'll be responsible for planning, forecasting, and managing the program of works to ensure timely delivery and optimal profitability.

You will lead a team of project engineers and collaborate with area supervisors to plan and deliver the full design and construction program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of project engineers
  • Collaborating with area supervisors to plan and deliver the full design and construction program
  • Ensuring workforce, safety, quality, and scheduling needs are met
  • Managing traffic plans, council approvals, and LAAN access notices
  • Tracking and communicating variations and ensuring timely reporting
  • Overseeing construction dashboards, trackers, and completion artefacts
  • Coordinating stock orders and managing construction changes
  • Supporting financial forecasting, budget tracking, and reconciliation
  • Analyzing KPIs and leading improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring contract compliance and managing exemptions for KPI breaches

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or diploma in civil engineering (or related field)
  • Strong leadership, financial, and commercial acumen
  • Prior experience on NBN projects
