About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of infrastructure separation strategies and detailed technical plans. You will assess current infrastructure landscapes, identify shared components and dependencies, and design target state architecture for the separated entity.

You will collaborate with application, service, and enterprise architects to ensure alignment across domains, while ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements. Additionally, you will support transition planning, risk mitigation, and Day 1 readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement infrastructure separation strategies and technical plans.
  • Assess current infrastructure landscape including on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Identify and document shared infrastructure components and dependencies.
  • Design target state infrastructure architecture for the separated entity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in infrastructure architecture, preferably within business separation, divestiture, or M&A programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Expertise in network design, hosting environments, security architecture, and data center operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
