Corporate Finance Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our Corporate Finance team as a Senior Analyst. The role involves working with our lead partner on business sales and acquisitions, including financial due diligence.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting business valuations that drive critical decision-making, developing robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts, and providing insightful, strategic advice that shapes the future of our clients' businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline, approximately 3 years' experience in an accounting role, and CA qualified or working toward CA qualifications (near finalisation).

Other essential skills include proficiency in using MS Office Excel and best practice modelling skills, ability to read and interpret Financial Statements, display a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness, strong collaborative skills with your team and clients, and a dedicated work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead partner with business sales and acquisitions, including financial due diligence.

  • Prepare covenant reporting to commercial banks.
  • Provide insightful, strategic advice that shapes the future of our clients' businesses.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in an accounting role.
  • CA qualified or working toward CA qualifications (near finalisation).
  • Proficient in using MS Office Excel and best practice modelling skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret Financial Statements.
  • Display a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness.
  • Strong collaborative skills with your team and clients, and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
