Talenza is seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity and Access Solutions Expert to join our NSW Government client’s team. This role offers the opportunity to work on digital identity and access services, ensuring their availability and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in administering digital identity and access services, with expertise in operating and maintaining identity and access technologies across multiple geographical locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ID and Access Service Administration: Ensure the availability and performance of identity and access services, monitoring logs and integrating associated systems.
  • Prioritization and Task Management: Autonomously balance priorities for security, business as usual (BAU) support, and project work, managing a heavy workload with tight deadlines and competing commitments.
  • Cybersecurity Response: Provide timely responses to security-related incidents and alerts, collaborating with other teams to ensure effective customer outcomes.
  • Multitasking and Project Delivery: Meet project deadlines and BAU service level agreements by multitasking effectively and negotiating work priorities with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate complex technical problems effectively, demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, team focus, and dedication to customer service.

About the Role:

This position requires an expert in identity and access technologies, specifically Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and PKI (Certificate Management). The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science and equivalent industry experience.

Based in the Greater Sydney Area (NSW), the successful candidate must possess existing full working rights – Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.

Benefits:

The estimated daily rate for this position is between $800-$950 + Super, with a 6-month initial contract duration. The location is Parramatta, 2150, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in office per week and WFH.
