As a virtual healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their health concerns through a national helpline service. You will provide expert guidance to callers who are unsure if they should seek medical attention or manage their condition at home.

The helpline is available 24/7, offering health-related advice over the phone. Your expertise can make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our community.

About This Role
  • You will be interacting with vulnerable populations, including those with high rates of mental health issues, limited English proficiency, elderly individuals, and poor health literacy.
  • Must have unrestricted registration as a registered nurse for a minimum of 3 years.
  • At least 3 years of full-time (or equivalent) clinical experience within the last 5 years as a registered nurse.

This is a part-time or full-time position, with flexible shifts ranging from 2 to 10 hours. Operational hours are between 5 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Saturday.
