Job Title: HVAC Air-conditioning Service Technicians/HVAC Electrical Technicians

The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation, servicing, fault-finding, and preventive maintenance of commercial air conditioning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, commissioning, diagnosing, and maintaining air conditioning equipment, controls, and plants
  • Fault-finding, servicing, and preventive maintenance on commercial AC units
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively
  • Participating in a rotating after-hours on-call roster
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial AC units and controls
  • Experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • A strong work ethic, with reliability and punctuality being essential
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
