The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of concrete to our customers. Operating our specialized vehicles called agitators, you will ensure the timely and safe transportation of concrete from our plants to construction sites. This role requires a keen attention to safety, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

• Safely Operate Agitator Trucks: Ensure the safe transportation of concrete to various locations.
• Follow Delivery Schedules: Adhere to prescribed delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries to construction sites.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Comply with Regulations: Comply with all traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, both on the road and at job sites.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and paperwork.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid and clean HR driver's license.
• Professional Driving Experience: Proven experience as a professional driver with minimum 6-months on-road HR experience, ideally with experience in operating agitator trucks.
• Strong Understanding of Safety Regulations: Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Physical Ability: Physical ability to load and unload concrete as necessary.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Commitment to Safety: A strong commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
