Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and driven marketing professional to join our team in Adelaide. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development of innovative marketing strategies across a small portfolio of retail assets and overseeing their implementation in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and wider JLL team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking a client-centric approach, drawing on analytics and insights to match specific customers' needs to products and solutions
  • Assisting in the delivery of market-leading innovations and strategies in brand, marketing, digital, and experience strategy for our clients
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to influence the strategy of our clients, driving them to be the most advanced, efficient, and effective brands in the territories in which they operate
  • Producing marketing collateral as required (copywriting and liaising with internal or external graphic designers to produce impactful marketing assets)
  • Conducting general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors' marketing movements
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers and agencies as required
  • Ensuring that all marketing, communications, and business development materials adhere to client brand guidelines
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as retail clients and vendors
  • Staying informed about current market trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • The ability to manage high-volume output in a fast-paced environment
  • A continuous learning mindset and desire to contribute to the growth of our dynamic, industry-leading team
  • Experience in event planning and/or management
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive work style and ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite preferred, knowledge of analytics and current marketing techniques and best practices
  • Previous experience in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives in the property industry
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
