Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our infrastructure projects in Benalla, Victoria. This role offers the opportunity to work on major construction projects with a strong focus on FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works.

The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of FRP works across assigned projects.
  • Coordinate site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and liaison with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including ITPs, progress reports, and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, providing effective solutions to keep works on track.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6–7 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works.
  • Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects to high standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior engineers.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
