Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing individual and group therapy sessions, as well as conducting psychiatric diagnostic assessments and referrals.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a clinical treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or closely related field of study
  • Current licensure as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LICDC, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and licensure
  • Minimum of three years behavioral health clinical experience
  • Two years' experience providing intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization clinical care preferred
  • Nonviolent crisis intervention certification and BLS-C certification required
