Radiation Therapist to join Icon Cancer Centre Redland in Cleveland, QLD. Permanent full-time position with flexible hours for the right candidate. Primary purpose: provide quality radiation therapy planning and treatment as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist, and support a patient-centered approach within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiotherapy planning and treatment delivery in line with relevant safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and continually enhance the standard of patient care and the patient experience.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a strong patient focus and treat patients and carers with respect, dignity, and equality.
- Support a high-performance culture delivering quality patient care through a collaborative, patient-centric approach.
We seek a highly enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable Radiation Therapist to join a dynamic and innovative team that collaborates closely to provide cutting-edge radiotherapy techniques.
Skills & Experience- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality radiation therapy services and adherence to clinical protocols and procedures.
- Understanding of service delivery in the private healthcare sector.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current AHPRA Radiation Therapist registration with QLD Radiation User Licence (or ability to obtain).
