Telehealth Doctor Opportunity at Montu

Montu, a leading health tech business in Australia, is seeking a dedicated Telehealth Doctor to join our team. As a Telehealth Doctor, you will be conducting consultations via Coviu and prescribing alternative treatment plans to patients for a range of physical and mental conditions.

About the Role
  • Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Australia (excluding South Australia).
  • Comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed, including assistance with gaining your Authorised Prescriber Licence for all categories.
  • Dedicated support and education available throughout clinical hours by our Doctor Support Team.
  • Permanent full-time position with a stable income of 38 hours per week.
  • Competitive salary, bonus per consult, and superannuation.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree.
  • Full working rights in Australia (we do not offer sponsorship).
  • AHPRA registration with nil restrictions or conditions.
  • Experience working within the Australian healthcare system.
  • Authorised Prescriber (AP) for medicinal cannabis highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Medical Indemnity Insurance covering telehealth and prescribing for schedule 8 medications, including medical cannabis.
  • Able to obtain a Medicare Provider Number.
  • Must be based in Australia (we do not offer the ability to work from overseas).
  • Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
