Senior Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled senior lawyer or senior associate to join our leading Banking & Finance team in Sydney.

This role will involve working collaboratively with experienced partners and senior practitioners on complex matters spanning corporate, structured and asset-based financing transactions, as well as restructuring and special situations.

The successful candidate will have significant client exposure and will be expected to run transactions independently. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, contribute to their development and help shape the future of the practice.

About You

  • You will have 4+ years legal practice experience, gained within a reputable Banking & Finance practice at a reputable commercial law firm
  • You will have demonstrated experience with Corporate or Structured financing (lender side)
  • Somewhat knowledge with front-end restructuring would be highly regarded
  • You will have strong academic performance
  • You will have strong project management skills and the ability to run matters with autonomy and efficiency
  • You will be able to mentor graduates and junior team members
