The Opportunity

You will be part of a team that blends structured thinking and data-driven analysis to deliver high-quality client services.

As a Defence Insight Consultant, you will work alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds, contributing to the delivery of impactful projects across Digital Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing Excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Approach business problems with structured thinking and a logical mindset.
  • Work on projects applying data-driven analysis to generate insights and drive results.
  • Confidently present your perspective to senior executives and help deliver transformational change for our clients.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions.
  • Exposure to Procurement within complex organisational environments—beyond purely transactional activities - with a focus on strategic sourcing and process optimisation.
  • Demonstrated capability in Operational and Manufacturing Excellence, including continuous improvement initiatives, systems thinking, and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma in both operational and manufacturing contexts.

  • Good understanding of one or more of our Supply Chain and Operations areas, and capability to become a leader in one or more of those areas.
  • Relevant business consulting experience.
