Job Title: Physiotherapy Coordinator

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills. As a Physiotherapy Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing paediatric physiotherapy services within the Child Development Service team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate comprehensive physiotherapy programs for children with complex needs.
- Manage a clinical caseload of specialist cases, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to parents and community stakeholders, promoting excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:
- Eligibility for registration by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Advanced knowledge of assessments and ability to plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy programs in a paediatric clinical caseload.
- Efficient and effective time and caseload management skills.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and support to Allied Health staff and/or students.
- Current knowledge of legislative obligations for equal opportunity, disability services and work, health and safety, and how these impact on employment and service delivery.
