Job Title: Pediatric Physiotherapist
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physiotherapist to provide high-quality physiotherapy services tailored to each child's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Diagnosis: Assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal and developmental issues in pediatric patients.
- Treatment Planning: Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function.
- Collaboration and Education: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care. Educating patients and their families on home exercises and strategies for continued progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- A relevant degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- A strong sense of empathy and compassion for working with children and their families is required.
