Strategic Leasing Performance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Leasing Performance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing performance and developing financial plans for leasing across our portfolio.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive performance improvement in leasing, using data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
Work closely with our Workplace team to deliver financial plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide strategic support to our Head of Workplace, delivering financial insights and guidance on leasing strategies.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for leasing, ensuring accurate and reliable submissions.
Collaborate with the Commercial Performance & Planning team to develop forward-looking executive reports and exception reports.
Act as a primary strategic partner to business leads, driving improved financial performance through action planning and results-focused approaches.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent experience.
Proven business partnering experience, with demonstrable examples of outputs driving improvements in a business.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Budgeting and forecasting experience.
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
