Waste Management Specialist

We are seeking a Waste and Sustainability professional to join our organization as a key member of the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating waste management operations, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and driving change management initiatives to introduce and sustain new processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and driving sustainability initiatives. They will also have demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating waste management operations
- Demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Driving change management initiatives to introduce and sustain new processes
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in waste management within an environmentally sensitive landscape. A focus on leading a sustainable community will also be a key driver for the successful candidate.

Requirements:- Proven experience in waste management and leadership roles
