Job Description:

The Director of Cybersecurity will spearhead our organization's cybersecurity initiative, focusing on crafting and implementing effective security frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading comprehensive security audits, large-scale cybersecurity programs, and providing strategic counsel to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the execution of thorough security audits to assess and enhance organizational security posture
  2. Ensure the implementation of large-scale cybersecurity programs aligns with business objectives and adheres to relevant regulatory frameworks
  3. Provide strategic guidance and advice to senior executives on security risks, trends, and best practices
  4. Develop and implement robust security strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Australian government security frameworks, including PSPF, DSPF, and ISM. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
