Expert Instructional Designer Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled Instructional Design Expert to develop innovative training resources that meet industry standards.
- This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional in the field of instructional design to contribute to the growth and development of our industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training programs using adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the VET training sector, AQF, NVR standards, and ASQA regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including learner guides, assessment booklets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Benchmark existing programs to ensure they meet current industry needs and standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning materials.
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of the VET training sector, AQF, NVR standards, and ASQA regulatory requirements.
