Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls professionally and directing inquiries to the appropriate department with tact and diplomacy.
  • Greeting clients and carers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and rapport.
  • Communicating with clients and their families to address inquiries about our services and scheduling with clarity and precision.
  • Assisting with recruitment, including scanning, filing, and emailing documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for external parties, ensuring effective and professional communication that builds strong relationships.
  • Leveraging persuasive communication skills to identify and nurture sales opportunities, contributing to business growth and development.
  • Building strong relationships with individuals and organizations outside the company through collaborative and consultative approaches.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in standard computer programs, with the ability to quickly learn new ones and adapt to changing technologies.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of the Aged Care, Disability, and/or Health systems, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  • Customer service experience in the industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional service quality and satisfaction.
