Facilities Management Professional

The Facilities Management Professional is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff. This includes managing maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, and implementing facility improvements to enhance client experience and staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective facility improvement plans to optimize operational performance and employee satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services, aligning with organizational objectives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve maintenance and repair issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management, driving business growth and success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or a related field preferred
