About the Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned web engineer to join its development team. As a Senior Web Engineering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable web applications using cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex APIs using Golang and JavaScript/TypeScript, adhering to REST and GraphQL architectural patterns.
  • Deploy scalable systems on AWS and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and Helm for deployment to Kubernetes.
  • Develop accessible web applications with React and TypeScript, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitLab, leveraging tools like Artifactory and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality results through comprehensive testing.
  • Administer Postgres and MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in building complex APIs with Golang and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS and IaC, preferably with Terraform.
  • Experience in building containerized applications for Kubernetes using Docker and Helm.
  • Expertise in creating accessible web applications with React and TypeScript, with WCAG 2.1 certification.
  • DevOps expertise, including CI/CD pipeline management with GitHub/GitLab and tools like Artifactory and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Able to write comprehensive tests (unit, component, integration, functional) and collaborate with QA teams.
  • Experience in database administration and deployment (Postgres and MySQL).
  • Ability to work across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
