Role OverviewAssist the team responsible for implementing and overseeing global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programmes. Apply expertise in anti-bribery and corruption, responding to internal and external programme enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and oversee global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programmes, including governance, policy development, training, monitoring, oversight, and analysis of regulatory change.
- Apply knowledge of global anti-bribery laws and engage stakeholders across regions and business lines to enhance the framework.
Demonstrate experience in financial crime risk management, especially anti-bribery and corruption. Knowledge of global anti-bribery laws is essential. Experience in drafting policy content and delivering training is valuable.
Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in financial services or related industry, legal, or regulatory roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build partnerships with senior leadership.
The Risk Management Group is an independent, centralized function responsible for review, oversight, monitoring, and reporting of material risks across Macquarie.
