Early Childhood Education and Care Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an experienced educator in early childhood education and care. This role requires a strong passion for delivering high-quality educational programs that foster a love of learning in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging educational programs
  • Maintain effective communication with parents through regular updates and progress reports
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments as needed
  • Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that promotes social, emotional and cognitive development
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and maintain a collaborative team environment
  • E nsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Working knowledge of National Quality Framework including National Regulations and National Quality Standards
