This role is for a senior Registered Nurse looking to step into a management position. We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Scrub/Scout and Robotic Surgery who can facilitate a learning culture, maintain professional relationships, and provide clinical operational direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate continuous improvement through a learning culture

• Maintain constructive working relationships with VMO partners using a customer service mindset

• Provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient management

• Coordinate daily management of human, financial, and material resources

• Drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives

• Undertake direct patient care as required

• Mentor staff

Selection Criteria:

• Current Registration with AHPRA

• Working with Childrens check

• Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desirable)

• Experience in Scrub Scout/Robotics specifically

• Sound clinical knowledge

• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent customer service focus, time management, and prioritisation
