Electrical Site Supervisor Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for the supervision of electrical and instrumentation installations, plant maintenance, shutdowns, and general improvement works in both surface and underground environments.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation installations, with knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to maintain records of work-in-progress and communications.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who can lead by example and promote a high standard of safety on site. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
  • Previous experience in a Supervisory role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams & Excel
  • Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera)
  • Previous experience in job estimating and quoting
  • Quality Management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • High-risk work Licence EWP
  • Working at Heights (Completed in the last 18 months)
  • Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)
  • Current Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
  • White / Blue Construction Card
