We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our 4YO kindergarten program at Wendoure Children's Centre.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a team of early childhood professionals to deliver high-quality education and care within the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with centre staff to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
- Support a holistic approach to the care, education, and development of children, reflecting an awareness of their wellbeing.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and respect for diverse social and cultural values and attitudes in relation to caring for children.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Understanding of the Children's Services Regulations and Early Years Frameworks.
- Genuine interest in meeting the needs of children and their families.
