Job Description:

Belgravia Leisure is seeking highly motivated individuals to deliver engaging group fitness sessions and personal training programs. As a Fitness Instructor and Trainer, you will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages participants to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality group fitness classes and personal training sessions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with participants, colleagues, and centre staff
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Personal Training or relevant qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
