About the Role:
Boral is seeking a Digital Solutions Architect to join our IT Team in Sydney. This opportunity exists for a talented individual to deliver and support digital solutions that enable Boral, with a mandate to provide excellent systems experiences for our customers, operations, and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise to learn and master Boral systems and business processes to create fit-for-purpose and cost-effective solutions that solve customer needs across IT infrastructure at Boral, including desktops, laptops, software, user authentication, etc.
- Understand the Boral architecture and design principles and develop solutions that respect these principles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand Boral's business operations and proactively suggest features and changes that could be incorporated into products and systems to enhance user experience and internal productivity.
- Undertake production deployment and service transition activities.
- Provide operations support, utilizing proactive tools and techniques to anticipate and rapidly address issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a customer-facing similar role with the ability to communicate technical concepts and specifications clearly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on a range of technical tasks such as analysis, design, development, testing, operations.
- Expert-level understanding in the implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Intune / Autopilot (MDM and Software Packaging) and Azure EntraId, with experience troubleshooting packaging and deployment issues.
- Good level of understanding and experience in the implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft SCCM and Adaptiva.
- Experience with troubleshooting build failures of EntraId-joined machines.
- Experience with Windows 11, Windows 11 customizations, and SOE.
- Good level of understanding and experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory.
