About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer and Admin to join our team at EBR. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining HR systems, and providing administrative support to various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select candidates for various roles, including IT development and general operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data
  • Provide HR administrative support, including on-boarding, internal changes, and off-boarding
  • Focus on employee relations, training, and performance development
  • Generate contracts of employment and internal employee letters
  • Manage internal and external activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in information technology firms
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working with stakeholders and internal/external recruiters
  • Familiarity with software packages such as MS Office, MYOB, Xero
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
