This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to growing sales portfolios and building significant wind energy projects.
As a VE Specialist, you will focus on project commercial value engineering optimization and price tactics for wind energy projects, as well as pricing strategy for wind energy markets.
You will play a key role in maximizing value for customers and returns for the business.
- Work with sales managers, technical sales, and service sales on sales opportunities to enhance competitive positioning and value propositions for customer wind energy projects
- Develop commercial value engineering and pricing strategies for projects and markets
- Analyse market competitiveness, customer business cases in wind, and the company's value proposition
- Explore and develop commercial optimisation via technical, executional, operational, and financial levers provided by functional experts affecting the overall business case
Responsibilities also include developing analysis on the competitive landscape, pricing and positioning, and delivering input to sales strategy discussions and capture plans.
You will prepare commercial analyses and recommendations for management and present pricing recommendations and underlying assumptions at review meetings.
This role offers exposure to senior management and direct impact on sales success and profitability.
