
Mental Health Care Specialist

A Registered Nurse is required to provide person-centered mental health care in a busy acute care facility. This involves working with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based mental health care to individuals
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Applicable vaccination requirements
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Allocated Days Off (ADO) – paid day off once a month for eligible full-time employees
