**Job Title:** Team Leader
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our community mental health service, you will oversee the implementation of evidence-based assessments and interventions, guide professional development, and manage operational functions.
About Us:
We offer a range of public health services to the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Region. Our Community Mental Health Team is committed to providing high-quality care and support to consumers and carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based assessments and interventions
- Guide professional development across the multidisciplinary team
- Manage key operational functions including rostering, workload allocation, and quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Nursing - Reg Nurse Div 1 with AHPRA, with at least 5 yrs FT equiv post reg exp & at least 3 FT equiv exp in the speciality field
- Occupational Therapy - min Bachelor's Deg & general registration with AHPRA & extensive specialist knowledge or high level of broad generalist knowledge
- Social Work - min Bachelor's Deg & eligibility for membership of AASW & extensive specialist knowledge or high level of broad generalist knowledge
- Senior Psychologist - a 4 yr degree in Psychology, being a 3 yr degree with a fourth yr honours in psychology; or quals deemed equivalent by the employer, full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia & 9 yrs' experience
- Clinical Psychologist - Master's deg or higher in Clin Psychology plus full registration as a psychologist and endorsed to practice as a Clin Psych with AHPRA
