**Lead Mental Health Care Services in Detention Centres**
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced mental health professional to lead our nursing teams in delivering high-quality mental health care services across Australia's immigration detention centres.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with site-based Health Services Managers to develop and implement effective mental health care strategies
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing teams, ensuring the highest standards of practice and patient care
- Identify and assess individuals at risk of mental health issues, providing timely and appropriate support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse Team Leader or equivalent role
- Strong clinical skills, with expertise in mental health assessment, treatment, and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
