About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable real estate company as a Senior Leasing Consultant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing high-end properties and clientele in the Inner City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the business and conduct open homes for high-end properties.
  • Liaise with prospective tenants and landlords to secure new business opportunities.
  • Process applications and source suitable tenants for clients.
  • Manage your own day, including your calendar and appointments.
  • Work with a business that supports career growth and encourages development within the company.
Requirements
  • Must hold a certificate of registration.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate, but impressive entry-level candidates will also be considered.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Highly organized, able to lead by example, and work autonomously.
  • High attention to detail and high level of customer service.
  • A strong team player who can offer support when needed.
  • The ability to build and maintain new relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary package up to $70,000.
